1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Memo ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Memo application. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The application, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, and graphics are our proprietary property and are protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Memo offers subscription plans billed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

4. User Representations

By using the application, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will maintain the accuracy of such information.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the application for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The application may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.
